World Migratory Bird Day – Benefit Concert at Bonn University
Chorale Lirica San Rocco from Bologna, Italy © Sergey Dereliev, www.dereliev-photography.com For the fourth consecutive year the operatic choir, Chorale Lirica San Rocco from Bologna, Italy will be giving a benefit concert in Bonn, as part of the annual celebration of World Migratory Bird Day. The proceeds from the concert will be donated to a project related to bird conservation. The concert entitled “Flight through a Decade” includes a programme of ten arias taken from major works each set in a different country, mirroring the various States that birds pass through on their annual migration.
