UN Water conference 2023
Attention water and sanitation utilities and local governments! As the principal providers of our most essential services, your voices need to be heard at the UN 2023 Water Conference. Accreditation to participate at the biggest water meeting of its kind since 1977 closes on December 2nd.
GWOPA encourages you to apply and help raise the flag for public service providers everywhere!
How can you participate in the UN 2023 Water Conference and its preparatory processes?
Relevant non-governmental organizations, civil society organizations, academic institutions, the scientific community, the private sector and philanthropic organizations whose work is relevant to the Conference that are not in consultative status with ECOSOC, or that have not been accredited to the Summit listed above must apply for special accreditation.
Organizations that received special accreditation by the General Assembly will be able to request registration to attend the UN 2023 Water Conference and its preparatory meetings. The first round of Special Accreditation to the UN 2023 Water Conference took place in August, now it is the second (and final) round of Special Accreditation to the UN 2023 Water Conference.
