SDG Days Bonn: 17 Days for the 17 Goals

Until June 13, 2018, the city of Bonn will support the municipal implementation of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through a varied program of information, discussion and culture.

Under the theme "17 Days for the 17 Goals", the city of Bonn – together with many local institutions and initiatives  – presents the 17 Sustainable Development Goals and selected examples to locals. Moreover, the city invites them to a broad discussion on future steps in Bonn.

The SDG Days are a contribution in connection with the German Action Days for Sustainability and the European Sustainability Week. The events place activities in Bonn in the context of the SDGs, promoting the sustainability goals as an incentive to make the city more liveable.

Amongst other things on Wednesday, June 6, 2018, a poetry slam will take place – the focus will be on a poetic view of the 17 SDGs. In addition, there are plenty of other actions to deal with the Sustainable Development Goals, such as the planting "Flowers for Insects", an information evening on photovoltaics or an open-air cinema.

The detailed program can be found here on the website of the city of Bonn.
