New Podcast Episode: UN Volunteers – Volunteering in a peacekeeping mission in Mali
A new podcast episode of 'Inside UN Bonn' was released today. It explores work of the UN Volunteers program, which is headquatered on the UN Campus in Bonn.
Shirin Abufannouneh is a UN volunteer from Palestinian who works as a Juridical Affairs Officer in the peacekeeping mission MINUSMA in Mali. MINUSMA was established by the Security Council in 2013 to support political processes in Mali and carry out a number of security-related tasks, and Shirin supports this mission in the field of human rights.
